Verify banking instructions on wire requests for accuracy. Initiate wire transfers, ACH payments and lockbox concentration transactions. Investigate and resolve any cash transactional issues in a timely manner. Conduct necessary cash management activities each banking day and ensure back-up is available during absences. Maintain Treasury Workstation and Electronic Banking Portals Update templates as required, create new repetitive templates as necessary, log all cash transactions, keep forecasted items up to date and accurate. Create standard banking reports and generate cash journal entries daily. Serve as system administrator for various electronic banking systems. Add or remove user entitlements as appropriate. SOX Requirements Documentation is gathered and submitted to auditors within the timeframe requested. Prepare/Reconcile Reports for Various Areas Prepare 401K forfeiture reports for proper funding and reconcile monthly contributions. Reconcile dividend funding to Accounting/Transfer Agent/Brokerage records. Prepare Treasury Stock schedules and coordinate settlement of purchase transactions. Reconcile investment accounts.
